Due to graduate in 2027 or graduated within the past three years, with less than two years of relevant experience. Civil roles need an ICE-accredited (or closely related) degree and a full UK driving licence; some mechanical roles also need a licence. No fixed grade requirement. Kier says applications open mid-September and close at the end of November, and may close earlier if volumes are high.
